    You are bidding on a beautiful antique china head doll in the picture. Comes with the story behind it because it was restored. The hands and legs are modern and the head is original from the late 1880s era and is marked Germany 3. It has been restored by gluing the neck piece and the 2 crack lines can be seen, but it's a fantastic job. This one is an award winner and comes with the ribbon that it won - Second Premium, Open Show at the Georgetown Fair in Illinois. An award winner so you know that's it's an old original one that's bee nrestored nicely. The body is also modern and hand made. The doll's history is written on the card that is included. Really unique old one. The face is a beauty. She's just about 17 inches tall.
