How to Perfect Your Pour Over
Step 1: Get into the grind
Select your favorite bean coffee and grind it to medium coarse ground.
Step 2: Let it bloom
Pour a small amount of 200°F boiled water over the coffee grounds to wet them, and wait for about 30 seconds for them to 'bloom'.
