Pearl Flutes continues its Tradition of Innovation by introducing the new PFP-165E Piccolo, the industry’s first hybrid model. New features have been added to Pearl’s already popular PFP-105E piccolo for incredible tone and increased stability. This unique hybrid piccolo used new synthetic “Omnipads” rather than the traditional felt pads. Omnipads are both skinless and waterproof and provide exceptional stability and performance when paired with Pearl’s Grenaditte body and exclusive pinless mechanism. The new piccolo headjoint copies Pearl’s original high-wave design, but is professional quality and made of select Grenadilla wood for players who require a more professional sound.
