    This Armstrong piccolo is in very good cosmetic condition, 100% playable condition. It was just professionally overhauled with all new pads and corks and headjoint cork. Elkhart model 38. It will provide years of maintenance free service if not mishandled because it's in as new playing condition. The going rate on a complete pro overhaul is 5 so the piccolo itself is pretty inexpensive and there are no surprises.
