    Apple USB cable 590-2299.  I tested this as working with a PowerBook G4 and an old Apple Pro Keyboard (M7803).  Note that the female side has a small notch in it as seen in the last photograph.  This may not work with all USB male connectors.  Be sure to verify compatibility with this item before purchasing.
