Antique Dressel & Kister Tiny Half Doll with Shell Skirt

Charming c.1915 Dressel & Kister porcelain half doll with blue hat and original shell skirt. Half doll measures 3", 7 1/4" tall with her skirt. Her arms are away from her torso and she holds a rose in one hand. Her tiny face is exquisitely hand painted. Most of these are bare from the waist up, and I thought the gold ribbon might be a later addition, but it is secured to the shells with wire. She has no damage. Some shells may be missing from the skirt. Germany.
