Antique Almost-Frozen Baby Jesus with Halo - German - Articulated Arms ~ 3"

Description

For consideration a small (7 cm/~ 3 inches) white unglazed porcelain/china "almost-frozen" Baby Jesus with head surrounded by a halo.
Body, legs, head are frozen, however arms are articulated - looks like with raffia?
This is an estate item estimated to be from the early 1900s.
