    Nice find
    Small  6" Doll
    I believe this is ceramic.  The number on the neck is 09.  Age unknown.   Looks to have been recorded inside for head, arms and legs.  Clothing looks to be home made and not original.  Hair could or could not be vintage.
    I am not a doll person so questions please before bidding.
