1941 Automobile Roads between Canada & US, Eastern sheet, Quebec, Ontario, 35"

This is an awesome historic road map, "Sectional Map Indicating Main Automobile Roads Between United States and Canada (Eastern Sheet)" 35" by 25 1/2" in size, published by the Canadian Department of Transport, Canadian Government Travel Bureau in 1941. In color on one side, it shows principal State and Federal highways in Maine, NH, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, PA, MD, VA, MI and Ohio as well as unlabeled roads in Ontario, Quebec, PEI, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. The Eastern sheet was one of 3 sheets, the others being Central and Western covering the much of the rest of Canada. ON the back is "Canada - the Popular Playground" with a couple hundred tourist destinations described and shown on a map (in black & white) as well as other ideas for which that can be requested. Excellent used condition with strong colors and no damage, though with slight soiling on some outside folds and paper aging.
